Horror Classics in Theatres

Many horror classics are in theatres this month with The Invisible Man and The Wolf Man Double Feature being shown on Saturday, October 30, 2021

These classics are brought to theatres by Fathom Events, a joint venture between AMC, Regal Cinemas and Cinemark, the three largest domestic movie theater chains.  Fathom also often partners with Turner Classic Movies as part of their Big Screen Classics series.

Here is the complete schedule of classic films currently planned for the rest of the year.  Click on the title for more details or to find tickets.

  • Silence of the Lambs will have a 30th anniversary screening on Sunday, October 17 and Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Sponsored by TCM.
  • Amityville 4: The Evil Escapes will have a 22nd anniversary screening on Tuesday, October 26, 2021.
  • Howl’s Moving Castle will have a 17th anniversary screening on Sunday, October 24, Monday, October 25, and Thursday, October 28, 2021
  • The Invisible Man and The Wolf Man Double Feature – celebrating the 90th anniversary of Universal Monsters – will be shown on Saturday, October 30, 2021.
  • High Society will have a 65th anniversary screening on Wednesday, November 10 and Sunday, November 14, 2021. Sponsored by TCM.
  • West Side Story have a 60th anniversary screening on Sunday, November 28 and Wednesday, December 1, 2021. Sponsored by TCM.
  • On Golden Pond will have a 40th anniversary screening on Sunday, December 12 and Wednesday, December 15, 2021. Sponsored by TCM.

Fathom Events Fright Fest 2021

Fathom is a joint venture between AMC, Regal Cinemas (Cineworld) and Cinemark, the three largest domestic movie theater chains. It also partners with more than 70 independent affiliate theaters nationwide.  Fathom sponsors many classic films during the year, some in conjunction with Turner Classic Movies as part of their Big Screen Classics series.
