The Rocketbook notebook is made with special synthetic paper that you write on with the special pen. When you’re done with a page, you scan it with the Rocketbook app that runs on your smartphone or tablet. The Rocketbook app reads your page, converts it to a computer-readable file, and uploads the file to your Gmail account or cloud service.
