By Senior Daily Staff Last Updated Saturday, May 7, 2022 8:16 am

If you’re a fan of the Harry Bosch series of books and films, you’ll be happy to hear that a new Bosch series is available now on free streaming TV.

Bosch: Legacy, starring Titus Welliver, premiered May 5 on Amazon Freevee.  Freevee is a free streaming service from Amazon and IMDB.   If you have Amazon Prime Video, you can find the new series by searching for Bosch Legacy.   You can also get the show by installing the Freevee channel on your Roku, Amazon Fire, or Samsung Smart TV.

The streaming show is free but you’ll have to put up with limited advertising.  The official premiere date for the series is Friday, May 6, but  the first episode was made available on May 5.

In Bosch: Legacy, Harry Bosch is retired from the LAPD and is now an independent Private Investigator.  His daughter, Maddie, is a rookie cop at LAPD and is a central part of the series.    Another returning character is defense attorney Honey “Money” Chandler, who survived a murder attempt in the previous series.

Stars are Titus Welliver as Bosch, Madison Lintz as Maddie, and Mimi Rogers as Chandler.  Author Michael Connelly is executive producer.  You can start streaming or read more at:

You can still catch the original Bosch series on Amazon Prime.   You can also find several Bosch audiobooks, narrated by Welliver.

Bosch: Legacy is based on The Wrong Side Of Goodbye, a 2016 Bosch novel.
