AARP has a free showing of movies on the next three Fridays in their Free Movie Screening Program.
These are free streaming movies that AARP has selected as “Movies for Grownups.” You stream onto your phone, tablet, or TV. The schedule is as follows; each film begins at 8 pm ET:
- Friday, July 23, 2021: The American. A suspense thriller starring George Clooney about an assassin that hides out in Italy for one last assignment. Click for details.
- Friday, July 30, 2021: Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day. Academy Award winner Frances McDormand stars in this charming comedy about finding a new life and a new love, all in one day. Click for details.
- Friday, August 6, 2021: It’s Not a Burden. This documentary is an intimate, humorous and heartfelt journey into the challenges and joys of caregiving for aging parents. Click for details.

To view the film you must register by noon on the day of the showing. To register click on the upcoming film and then click on Register.
Starting at 8 pm ET the film will be streamed live from a link that you’ll receive in an email.
