The latest smartphone apps from the nation’s fast food chains are a great way to save money.

In alphabetical order below are the best fast food deals you can get by downloading and using apps from the various fast food chains.

Burger King App Coupons

Of all the fast food places, we would rate Burger King as number 1 in the app deals they offer.  Every day BK has about 10 app coupons such as a free Whopper or Croissan’wich with a $3 mobile purchase, a burger BOGO, $1 sandwiches and more great deals.   To view the current deals, click on the Offers tab at the bottom of the app screen.

You can download the BK app at:  BK iPhone app     BK Android App

Dairy Queen App Coupons

Dairy Queen usually has 5 to 6 food coupons in the DQ app, including deals like $2 off a combo meal, $1 blizzards, and $3 off a mobile order. To view the current deals in the app, click on the View All tab by the Deals and Rewards title near the top of the app screen.  Then click on a coupon and you can then redeem it by showing it to your cashier.

Jack in the Box App Coupons

Every day Jack in the Box has at least 1 app coupon.  Recent coupons include free chicken nuggets and $1 chicken sandwiches.  To view the current deals, click on the Offers & Deals tab, then click on Offers.  Jack in the Box also has what they call Every Day Value Deals that you can view from the Offers & Deals tab

McDonald’s App Coupons

McDonald’s, the world’s most popular fast food chain, has a new set of coupons in their app every day.  Usually you can find a BOGO on burgers, free or reduced price fries, and a free coffee after you buy 5.

To view the current deals in the app, click on the Deals tab at the bottom of the app screen.  Then click on a coupon and you can then redeem it by adding it to a mobile order or by using in the restaurant and showing to your cashier.

Sonic App Coupons

Sonic has a Happy Hour promotion that is good day long when you order via the Sonic app.  Get drinks and slushes for 1/2 off the regular menu price.  Sonic also has a monthly coupon good for half-priced burgers, free drinks or other promotions.

To view the current deals in the app, click on your silhouette or photo at the bottom of the app screen, then click on Rewards.  Then click on the coupon you want, then click Redeem to use the coupon.

You can download the Sonic app at:  Sonic iPhone app     Sonic Android App

Wendy’s App Coupons

Wendy’s has some of the best app coupons of any chain and probably rates as number 2 in having the best app coupons, just behind Burger King.   Recent coupons in the Wendy’s app include $2 off a combo or salad, a BOGO on Chicken Sandwiches, or free fries with any Mobile order.

To view the current Wendy’s coupons, in the app click on the Rewards tab then click on Offers.

You can download the Wendy’s app at:  Wendy’s iPhone app     Wendy’s Android App

How To Find and Use Fast Food Apps

You can get fast food apps by searching for them from your smartphone on your app store (Google Play for Android devices or Apple App Store for iPhone and other iOS devices).  You can also download the apps you want from the links below.

For the best deals, you’ll need to have an account with the fast food place, and sign into it when you bring up the app.  Then you can browse their coupons, redeem coupons, and place orders.  Usually you can redeem a coupon by clicking on it and placing an order.

If you provide your credit card information, you can order and pay, and take advantage of deals in the app.  Most chains will also honor an app coupon if you just show it to the cashier on your smartphone, so you don’t always have to order and pay through the app to get the deals.
