Andrew Lloyd Webber has posted a preview for his new musical, Cinderella, now in pre-production and scheduled to open on April 7, 2021.
Webber and the star of the musical, Carrie Hope Fletcher, met at Her Majesty’s Theatre to perform Far Too Late, a new song from the musical.
Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cinderella is scheduled for a preview night on March 19 with an official opening on April 7 at the Gillian Lynne Theatre in London.
You can watch the special performance, recorded in an empty Her Majesty’s Theatre (where The Phantom of the Opera usually plays) below. The video was posted on Webber’s Facebook Page.

Free Clips of Cats, Phantom
Andrew Lloyd Webber has ended his series of free Youtube musicals for now but you can still find clips from Cats, Phantom of the Opera and more Webber musicals.
When the pandemic began, Webber began streaming his plays on the YouTube channel The Shows Must Go On. The channel aired free full-length recordings of Andrew Lloyd Webber musicals, including Phantom of the Opera, its sequel, Love Never Dies, and Cats.
The final free showing of Webber’s musicals was CATS which ended on Sunday, May 17, 2020.
